Workable People Search

Overview

Workable is the world’s leading hiring platform. It provides in-house recruiters and hiring teams with ways to find more qualified candidates and help them work together to identify and hire the best.

The Workable People Search project dealt with building a tool that helps recruiters search and find people with certain skills and acquire their contact details and profile information.

My role in this project as a Senior Product Designer was to lead the product design of People Search and all other R&D work for sourcing technologies, that accompanied the main product. I worked together with a product manager and a team of 4 frontend and backend engineers. This is a product we kept adding features on and I designed it in multiple iterations. During the course of the two years I worked on this product, I delivered user research reports, user flows, low and high fidelity UIs, interactive prototypes and usability testing reports.
